Features

Biltwell Tracker O/S Handlebar — a vintage-style handlebar designed for café racer and tracker builds. Built in the spirit of classic handlebars, it maintains a subtle presence on the tank while offering a firm grip for riding in a slightly leaned position without any frills.

Material: 4130 chromoly tube, ensuring strength.
External diameter: central section 1-1/8"; ends reduced to 1" for the installation of controls and grips.
Wall thickness: 0.120”.
Bending: curves made with an internal mandrel on a CNC bender to avoid flattening.
Welding: assembly done in TIG for clean and consistent welds.
Length note: without grips installed, the handlebar is 1-1/8" shorter than the stated value.
Compatibility: does not fit standard 1” clamps found on most stock and aftermarket risers.

Vintage/classic style, understated finish, and careful manufacturing: this Biltwell handlebar is aimed at builders and riders who want a tracker look without compromising on build quality. Manufacturer reference: 6308-1053.
