BILTWELL Handlebar (manufacturer ref. 6009-1057) — a vintage-style handlebar designed for riders who want a classic silhouette without compromising on robust construction. Designed for a 1" mount, it combines meticulous construction and practical details for clean wiring.
- Construction: seamless chromoly 4130 tube with a thickness of 0.120" (3 mm), featuring precise TIG welds at the miter joints.
- Shape: bent tubes for precise alignment and optimised ergonomics.
- Wiring: machined slots at the ends and in the clamping area to allow for tidy internal cable routing.
- Throttle side end: injection-moulded reinforced nylon cap — compatible with certain OEM and aftermarket single or dual cables; removable for Throttle-By-Wire (TBW) compatibility.
- Straight end: grooved and tapered inside, compatible with the Harley Throttle-By-Wire module depending on configuration.
