Magnum Shielding Viking Handlebar 1-1/4" (Manufacturer's ref: 3HB-0410)
Designed for road and touring, this 1-1/4" (32 mm) Viking handlebar emphasises clean integration of wiring and a premium finish. Its patented internal design and flaring process provide additional clearance at the critical point, allowing the original wiring harness (with its vinyl sheath) and heat-shrink tubing to pass through without friction or visible clutter. Convenient for installations on motorcycles equipped with a hydraulic clutch, it comes pre-fitted with an E-Z pull-thru plastic braided sheath: insert the wiring harness, pull, and the operation is simplified.
- Handlebar diameter: 32 mm (1-1/4")
- Clamp / controls diameter: 25.4 mm (1")
- Features: grooved centre, notch for electronic throttle, pre-drilled, compatible with hydraulic clutch
- Finish: high gloss chrome
- Manufacturing: regular CNC bends, machined supports, internal cable passages without burrs, knurling at 3-1/2" centres
Practical notes: not compatible with certain risers or original clamps on 883C and 1200C models — handlebars with a 1" centre section fit 1" risers. Commonly associated models include: Harley-Davidson FLHXSE Street Glide CVO, FLHTK Ultra Limited, and FLHTCUTG Tri Glide Ultra.
