Features

VERTEX Titanium Intake Valve designed for SUZUKI RM-Z 250. Forged from a single block of TI3Al alloy, this VERTEX intake valve is aimed at demanding motocross riders looking for a robust engine part prepared for track conditions.

Construction: monobloc forged from TI3Al titanium for high mechanical strength.
Technical coatings: PVD, CVD, and CrN treatments applied to the seat and stem to limit friction, reduce heating, and decrease carbon buildup.
Durability: harder surface compared to standard steel models, designed to withstand the severe conditions encountered in motocross.

The valve is specifically developed to fit the cylinder heads of recent SUZUKI RM-Z 250 models. Its machining and surface treatments aim to provide smoother interaction with the seats and guides while limiting maintenance related to deposits.
