Low Carbon footprint: Firstly, through the choice of cold manufacturing which allows significant energy savings and maintains elasticity after more than 1000 washes.
The choice of raw finishes allows for energy and water savings while also offering an authentic look.
The raw material constituting Armalith is the UHMWPE fibre which requires half the energy to produce compared to Kevlar®, for example.
The components come from workshops in the EU, particularly in France, Spain, Italy, and Austria.
Bolid'Ster has also opted for a short logistics circuit, from thread to finished jeans: less than 1000 km, as saving the planet is paramount even for us bikers!
When purchasing, the jeans may feel a bit tight: this is normal, no worries. Over time, as you use them, they will adapt to your body shape.
