D7 CANsmart Lighting Kit by Denali

The complete DENALI D7 CANsmart lighting kit is designed to add powerful and controllable auxiliary lighting to your motorcycle. It combines two 10W D7 LED spotlights, a Gen II CANsmart controller, and an adjustable aluminium mounting bracket. With active thermal design and a monoblock optic for long-range beam, it is ideal for both roads and trails. The controller allows operation via the CAN bus and features dimming and safety adjustments.

Design and Materials

• High-intensity Cree LEDs and monoblock optics providing a concentrated beam to spot obstacles from a distance.
• LiveActive™ thermal management system ensuring heat dissipation and brightness maintenance during prolonged use.
• Impact-resistant polycarbonate PC covers and machined aluminium support with black anodised finish for enhanced shock and UV resistance.

Usage and Performance

• Spot beam reaching 365 m at 1 lux with a width of 38 m to enhance frontal and peripheral visibility on fast roads.
• Raw lumens of 7665 and electrical power of 5A, compatible with DataDim™ for adjusting intensity based on day and night conditions.

Practicality and Features

• DENALI CANsmart Gen II controller is plug-and-play for integration into the CAN bus of BMW motorcycles, allowing control via original switches.
• Four fully configurable circuits, 10 A per circuit continuously and 30 A maximum for the entire system, enabling simultaneous operation of multiple accessories.
• High/Low Sync functions, dimming, and modulation of auxiliary lights to adapt light output according to the situation.
• Smart Brake functions, cancellation with indicator, Flash to Pass, and Flash with horn to enhance visibility and communication with other road users.
