H1018 Oil Filter by Meiwa
Oil filter designed for original equipment and replacement parts, suitable for the demands of modern motorcycles. It utilises a microporous paper impregnated with resin and layers of cotton fibres to ensure multi-stage filtration. This design aims to limit the entry of particles into the oil circuit and facilitate replacement with a part that meets manufacturer standards.
Design and Materials
- Microporous paper impregnated with resin and a high percentage of cotton fibres for durable and wear-resistant filtration, helping to maintain oil cleanliness.
- Cotton fibres with thicker filaments on the outside and finer ones on the inside to capture larger particles on the surface and fine particles deeper, reducing wear on internal components.
- Multi-stage filtration design allowing efficiency regardless of oil flow, maintaining filtering capacity across different engine speeds.
Usage and Performance
- Intended for the original equipment market and replacement parts to meet manufacturer standards, facilitating replacement with a compatible reference.
- Manufactured according to strict quality standards required by modern motorcycles, contributing to preserving engine performance and longevity.
Benefits
- Brand of the SGR group with extensive experience in filtration since the 1970s, bringing industrial expertise in materials and processes.
