Features

PROX Cast Piston (Manufacturer Ref: 01.2245.200) — replacement aluminum piston designed for roadster and light trail motorcycles. Oversized bore part intended for replacement on the upper engine side during a re-bore or engine overhaul. Ideal for owners of YAMAHA DT 125 R (2003-2005) looking for a part that meets technical specifications.

Material: aluminum (cast piston)
Diameter: Ø 58.00 mm (Ø 58.000 mm)
Oversize: +2.00 (Oversize letter: 200)
Piston Compression: Standard

Delivered without rings or pin: please plan for the appropriate mounting parts. Compatible references for rings and other replacement parts: rings 260115, pin 032035, clips CP1612C, needle cage 400446. These references will allow you to reconstruct a clean upper engine that meets the required tolerances.

This piston is aimed at both amateur and professional mechanics for a re-bore or cylinder restoration operation. Before installation, check the bore, piston/cylinder clearance, and ring assembly according to manufacturer recommendations. To ensure safe operation, also check the timing and condition of the drive components.
