VERTEX GP Racer Choice Forged Piston: designed for motocross competition, this piston incorporates the expertise of Vertex gained in world MX. The crown features an optimized design to enhance the flame front and achieve the maximum allowable compression ratio without compromising mechanical integrity.

Crown and reinforcements designed to limit deformation under load and preserve combustion geometry.
Surface treatment reducing friction between piston and cylinder for smoother operation.
Short DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) coated pin for resistance to friction and better wear performance.
External snap rings preventing rotation at high RPM, a crucial element in racing use.
Ultra-thin "GNH" gas-nitrided steel ring for better wear resistance and long-lasting sealing.

Main features: Racing compression, bore diameter 78.00 mm, piston diameter Ø 77.96 mm (oversize B), material: forged aluminum. Designed for engine builders and riders seeking a reliable part suited to the demands of off-road.
