VERTEX Forged Piston Replica – Ref. 23342A

Forged aluminium piston by VERTEX, designed for replacement on 450 cm³ engines. Part supplied complete with rings, circlips, and pin for ready-to-use installation. This Replica piston features the original dimensions with an oversize letter A to compensate for bore wear.

Suitable for Quad, Cross, and Roadster applications, this Replica piston is frequently used as a replacement on KTM 450 machines (notably 450 SX‑F and 450 SMR around 2010–2012). Its forged construction ensures good mechanical performance against the thermal and mechanical stresses common in trail, motocross, or road use.

Before installation, it is essential to check the bore diameter and adhere to the manufacturer's recommendations for piston/cylinder clearance and ring bedding. Replacement part identified by the manufacturer reference 23342A.
