WÖSSNER Pro Series Forged Piston — Manufacturer Ref. 8893DA

High-precision forged piston manufactured in Germany by Wössner, a specialist in high-performance engine parts for 2 and 4-stroke engines. Designed for demanding motocross practices, this aluminium piston features a friction-treated skirt to reduce friction during acceleration and limit wear in high-temperature ranges.

Piston diameter: Ø 76.95 mm (bore 77.00 mm)
Oversize: letter A (oversize A)
Material: forged aluminium
Number of rings: 2 (supplied with rings)
Complete kit: rings, circlips, and pin

Fitting a Wössner forged piston provides mechanical strength and dimensional uniformity suited to the demands of off-road conditions (repeated jumps, high RPMs). This kit is designed to replace a Ø 76.95 mm piston and requires checking the ring gap and axial play during installation. Please follow the manufacturer's recommendations for running-in and tightening torque.

Example compatibilities: YAMAHA WR 250 F (RE25, CG36) and YZ 250 F (CG34) — check the engine reference and bore before ordering.
