This WÖSSNER forged piston is a machined aluminum engine part designed for small displacement engines. Designed and manufactured in Germany by a specialist in engine components, it is aimed at motorcyclists looking for a replacement part that adheres to OEM specifications for roadsters and small twin-cylinder engines.

Compression: standard (letter C)
Bore diameter: 56.02 mm / Piston diameter: Ø 55.96 mm
Anti-friction treated skirt
Delivered complete with ring(s), circlips, and piston pin

The anti-friction skirt minimizes friction with the cylinder wall and facilitates warming up, while the machining to the specified dimensions ensures a precise fit in the cylinder. This piston is suitable for maintenance or restoration operations where a standard size piston (letter C) is being replaced.

Main applications (examples): YAMAHA TDR 125 (2001–2002), YAMAHA TZR 125 (1997). Before installation, check the piston/cylinder clearance, and adhere to the manufacturer's recommendations for break-in and torque specifications of associated components.
