WÖSSNER Forged Piston Kit Ø104.94 mm — Ref. 4096DA

This WÖSSNER piston kit features a forged aluminium piston, designed for demanding Cross and Roadster applications. Made with an oversize A, it has a piston diameter of Ø 104.94 mm for a bore of 105.00 mm and a compression ratio of 12.6:1. The precise dimensions make it a suitable replacement part for oversized cylinders.

The kit includes:

Piston Ø 104.94 mm (forged)
Ring: 1050XSU
Piston Pin: WP068-SP
Retaining Clip: CW20

The forged construction of the piston provides a compact geometry and walls suited to the thermomechanical stresses encountered in high-displacement single-cylinder engines. This kit is supplied complete for standard replacement (piston, rings, pin, and clips); please adhere to the bore tolerances and piston-cylinder clearance during installation.
