Rivet Link RIVET 520ZVM X BK ZJ by DID

Rivet link for DID 520ZVM-X chain in Gloss Black finish, designed for 520 pitch chains with X-Ring seals. Engineered to minimise wear and ensure mechanical integrity suitable for high-performance motorcycles, it enhances the assembly and reliability of the transmission.

Design and Materials

X-Ring seals combined with a very low wear-oriented design to extend the service life of the chain.
Inner and outer plates of 2.2 mm ensuring a robust construction against stresses.
Gloss Black finish providing aesthetic integration with a black chain.

Practicality and Features

Compatible with the 520ZVMX chain model, 520 pitch and for 5/8'x1/4' chain, for suitable assembly with the intended links.
Axle length of 21.1 mm facilitating positioning and riveting during installation.
OEM reference 4525516469944 allowing precise identification of the part during replacement.

Usage and Performance

Recommended for Superbike and GT, and advised for up to 1,200cc, to meet the demands of powerful motorcycles.
Increased rigidity for better power transfer to the ground and reduced elongation under heavy load.
Tensile strength of 8745 Kg and weight of 1.63 Kg / 100 links to assess load capacity and added mass to the transmission.
