EBC MD1132 Brake Disc — floating disc designed for demanding roadsters. This rotor combines a stainless steel braking surface with an aluminium hub to limit deformation while maintaining consistent braking and good thermal dissipation. Assembled with EBC's SD System technology featuring square drive buttons, it ensures precise positioning between the surface and the hub.
EBC floating discs use drive buttons; front versions may have 5 or 9 buttons, and rear versions up to 12, depending on the application. This mounting limits thermal stress and ensures a reliable connection between the surface and the hub for road use and sustained journeys.
Compatibility (examples): HONDA CB 600 F Hornet (PC34) 1998–1999. Before installation, check the diameter, drilling, and mounting direction. Always replace the pads with new ones when changing the disc: worn pads can cause hot spots or glazing and reduce braking efficiency.
