Puig Racing Screen - GreyRef : 7615

Racing Screen by Puig

The Puig Racing screen is a smoked double-curvature screen designed for road use. Its impact-resistant acrylic construction and aerodynamic study help reduce wind effect on the helmet and enhance wind protection.

Design and Materials

• Made from high-impact resistant acrylic, it withstands shocks and exposure to the elements.
• Its smoked finish provides a specific tint for seamless integration of the screen on the motorcycle.

Installation and Mounting

• Mounting is done on the motorcycle's original fixing points to utilise the locations intended by the manufacturer.
• The installation does not require rivets, simplifying the setup of the screen.
• With dimensions of 300 x 350 mm, it allows for checking the available space before installation.
• This screen is specific to each motorcycle and must be selected according to the relevant model.

Safety and Standards

• It complies with the German TüV standard for usage in accordance with this requirement.
• Its rounded profile exceeding 2 mm has equipped models since 2004 and contributes to a suitable finish of the screen's edge.

Usage and Performance

• The double curvature reduces wind effect on the helmet to enhance comfort during rides.
• Tested in a wind tunnel, it improves the aerodynamic coefficient and wind protection by approximately 12.7% compared to an original screen.
