Puig Racing Screen - BlackRef : 8543

Racing Screen by Puig

The Puig Racing screen is a smoked double-bubble screen designed for road use. Its wind tunnel-tested shape reduces air impact on the helmet and enhances wind protection.

Design and materials

• Made from high-impact resistant acrylic, it withstands shocks and exposure to the elements.
• The double curvature improves airflow around the motorcycle, reducing turbulence experienced at the helmet level.

Installation and fitting

• Mounting on the motorcycle's original fixing points facilitates installation without modification to the fittings.
• The absence of required rivets simplifies the fitting of the screen.
• Each Racing screen is specific to a motorcycle model to ensure a dedicated fit.

Safety and standards

• The rounded profile of over 2 mm on models since 2004 meets the German TUV standard.
• Its intended use on the road corresponds to motorcycle road trips.

Usage and performance

• Wind tunnel studies improve the aerodynamic coefficient for better-controlled airflow.
• Wind protection increases by approximately 12.7% on average compared to an original screen, limiting air pressure while riding.
