Racing Screen by Puig

The Puig Racing Screen is a motorcycle screen derived from competition, made from high-impact resistant acrylic. Its double curvature reduces wind effect on the helmet and enhances wind protection during road use.

Design and Materials

• The high-impact resistant acrylic construction protects the screen against shocks and weather effects.
• The rounded profile of over 2 mm on models since 2004 provides a finish that complements the screen's design.

Installation and Fitting

• Attachment to the motorcycle's original mounting points retains the manufacturer's intended fitting system.
• The absence of necessary rivets simplifies the installation of the screen.
• The model-specific design ensures limited adaptation to the relevant motorcycle model.
• Dimensions of 445 x 305 mm allow for checking available space before fitting.

Safety and Standards

• Compliance with the German TüV standard provides a regulatory benchmark for road use.
• The rounded profile of over 2 mm on models since 2004 meets the requirements of the German TüV standard.

Usage and Performance

• The double curvature reduces wind effect on the helmet to enhance comfort during rides.
• Wind tunnel testing improves the aerodynamic coefficient and wind protection by approximately 12.7% compared to an original screen.
