Racing Screen by Puig

The Puig Racing screen is a tinted Racing type screen, designed for road use. Its double curvature and wind tunnel testing help to reduce the air effect on the helmet and enhance wind protection.

Design and Materials

• Made from high-impact resistant acrylic to better withstand shocks and weather effects.
• Rounded profile over 2 mm on models since 2004 to strengthen the screen's stability during use.

Installation and Fitting

• Attachment to the motorcycle's original mounting points to maintain the manufacturer's intended positioning.
• Rivet-free installation to simplify the fitting of the screen.
• Model specific to each motorcycle to ensure compatibility with the relevant vehicle.

Safety and Standards

• Complies with the German TüV standard to meet identified regulatory requirements.
• Designed for road use to adapt the screen for road travel.

Usage and Performance

• Double curvature reducing the air effect on the helmet to enhance comfort against the wind.
• Wind tunnel testing shows an average improvement of approximately 12.7% in aerodynamic coefficient and wind protection compared to the original screen.
