Racing Screen by Puig

The Puig Racing Screen is a high-impact resistant acrylic motorcycle screen designed for road use. Its double curvature reduces wind effect on the helmet, and its height, which is greater than the original, enhances wind protection. Derived from competition, it attaches to the motorcycle's original mounting points.

Design and Materials

• Made from shock-resistant and weatherproof acrylic, it maintains a design suitable for durable outdoor use.
• Its double curvature is engineered to reduce helmet exposure to airflow while riding.

Safety and Standards

• The rounded profile of over 2 mm on models since 2004 meets the German TüV standard.
• Designed for road use, it is suitable for motorcycle journeys.

Installation and Fitting

• Attachment to the motorcycle's original points facilitates the replacement of the original screen.
• The absence of required rivets simplifies the fitting process.
• Specific to each motorcycle, it must be selected according to the relevant model to ensure proper installation.

Comfort and Ergonomics

• With a height of 40 mm greater than the original, it increases wind coverage to enhance riding comfort.
• Its dimensions of 350 x 300 mm help to identify its size when replacing the original screen.

Usage and Performance

• Tested in a wind tunnel, it improves the motorcycle's aerodynamic coefficient to support high-speed riding.
• It enhances wind protection by an average of 12.7% compared to the original screen.
