Racing Screen by Puig

The Puig Racing Screen is a competition-derived motorcycle screen designed to enhance wind protection on the road. Its double curvature reduces wind impact on the helmet, while its durable acrylic construction supports daily rides.

Design and Materials

• Manufactured from high-impact resistant acrylic to withstand shocks and weather conditions.
• Rounded profile of over 2 mm on models since 2004 for a finish that meets the requirements of the German TüV standard.

Installation and Fitting

• Attachment to the motorcycle's original mounting points to replace the screen without altering these locations.
• Rivet-free assembly for easier installation.
• Model-specific design to ensure compatibility with the relevant motorcycle.

Usage and Performance

• Double curvature reducing wind impact on the helmet to enhance comfort during rides.
• Wind tunnel testing shows an average improvement of approximately 12.7% in aerodynamic coefficient compared to the original screen, reinforcing wind protection.

Safety and Standards

• German TüV standard for road use.
