Racing Screen by Puig

The Puig Racing Screen is a black acrylic screen designed for sports motorcycles and road use. Its double curvature reduces wind impact on the helmet and enhances wind protection. It attaches to the motorcycle's original mounting points.

Design and Materials

• The high-impact acrylic construction withstands shocks and weather exposure, supporting the motorcycle's use.
• The double curvature of the screen reduces wind impact on the helmet, improving comfort during rides.

Usage and Performance

• Wind tunnel testing improves the aerodynamic coefficient and wind protection by an average of approximately 12.7% compared to an original screen.
• The Racing format, derived from competition, meets the needs for use on sports motorcycles.

Installation and Fitting

• Attachment to the motorcycle's original mounting points simplifies installation without modifications to these points.
• The absence of required rivets streamlines the screen fitting process.
• The screen is specific to each motorcycle, necessitating a compatibility check with the relevant model before installation.
• Dimensions of 320 x 370 mm facilitate space verification before fitting.

Safety and Standards

• The rounded profile exceeding 2 mm for models since 2004 complies with German TUV standards.
• The intended use on the road corresponds to the screen's road usage.
