Racing Screen by Puig

The Puig Racing screen is a tinted screen designed for road use and derived from competition. Its double curvature and aerodynamic study reduce the air effect on the helmet and enhance wind protection. Made from impact-resistant acrylic, it supports daily rides.

Design and Materials

• Manufactured from high-impact resistant acrylic to better withstand shocks and weather effects.
• Rounded profile of over 2 mm on models since 2004, compliant with the German TüV standard to meet specified manufacturing requirements.

Installation and Fitting

• Attachment to the original mounting points of the motorcycle to maintain the manufacturer's intended placement.
• Rivet-free fitting to simplify the installation of the screen.
• Dimensions of 290 x 310 mm to identify the screen's footprint before installation.
• Model-specific screen to ensure compatibility tailored to the relevant motorcycle.

Usage and Performance

• Double curvature reducing the air effect on the helmet to enhance comfort during rides.
• Wind tunnel study with an average reported improvement of 12.7% in aerodynamic coefficient and wind protection compared to the original screen.
