Puig Racing Screen - GreyRef : 3613

Racing Screen by Puig

The Puig Racing screen is a tinted screen derived from competition and designed for road use. Its double curvature reduces the wind effect on the helmet, while its aerodynamic study enhances wind protection. It is specific to each motorcycle.

Design and Materials

• Its high-impact acrylic withstands shocks and aging for long-lasting use.
• On models from 2004 onwards, its rounded profile of over 2 mm meets the German TUV standard to comply with the required specifications.

Installation and Fitting

• The attachment to the motorcycle's original points facilitates installation according to the manufacturer's specifications.
• The absence of required rivets simplifies the fitting of the screen.
• Its dimensions of 305 x 265 mm allow for checking the space before installation.
• Specific to each motorcycle, this screen requires checking compatibility with the relevant model before fitting.

Usage and Performance

• The double curvature reduces the wind effect on the helmet to enhance comfort during rides.
• Tested in a wind tunnel, it improves the aerodynamic coefficient and wind protection by approximately 12.7% compared to an original screen.
