Racing Screen by Puig

The Puig Racing screen is a smoked racing-style screen designed for road use. Its construction from impact-resistant acrylic and its double curvature enhance wind protection and minimise its effect on the helmet.

Design and Materials

• Made from high-impact resistant acrylic, it withstands shocks and weather for long-lasting use.
• Its rounded profile of over 2 mm on models since 2004 strengthens the edge's resistance for a more secure experience.

Installation and Fitting

• Without rivets, it installs with fewer operations during fitting.
• The attachment to the motorcycle's original points facilitates integration without altering the intended locations.
• Its dimensions of 335 x 285 mm allow for checking the necessary space before installation.
• This screen is specific to each motorcycle to ensure a fitting tailored to the model concerned.

Safety and Standards

• It meets the German TüV standard to ensure compliance with this requirement.
• Designed for road use, it supports road travel with wind protection suited for this purpose.

Usage and Performance

• Tested in a wind tunnel, it improves the aerodynamic coefficient to reduce the impact of airflow while riding.
• Its double curvature enhances wind protection by an average of 12.7% compared to an original screen, minimising the air felt at the helmet.
