Puig Racing Screen - GreyRef : 9704

Racing Screen by Puig

The Puig Racing Screen is designed for road use and draws inspiration from competition. Its double curvature reduces wind impact on the helmet, while its wind tunnel-tested design enhances wind protection.

Design and Materials

• Made from high-impact resistant acrylic, it withstands shocks and weather conditions to support regular motorcycle use.
• Its rounded profile of over 2 mm on models since 2004 enhances the durability of the screen's edges.

Installation and Fitting

• Mounting on the motorcycle's original fixing points makes replacing the existing screen easier.
• The installation does not require rivets, simplifying the setup process.
• With dimensions of 400 x 390 mm, and a height increase of 15 mm over the original, it improves wind coverage.
• The screen is specific to each motorcycle to ensure compatibility with the relevant model.

Safety and Standards

• Meeting the German TUV standard, its rounded profile helps comply with the requirements set for models since 2004.

Usage and Performance

• The double curvature reduces wind impact on the helmet to enhance comfort during rides.
• Tested in a wind tunnel, it improves aerodynamic efficiency and wind protection by an average of approximately 12.7% compared to an original screen.
