Puig Racing Screen - GreyRef : 3177

Racing Screen by Puig

The Puig Racing Screen is designed for road use on sports motorcycles. Its double curvature reduces wind impact on the helmet, while its wind tunnel-tested design enhances wind protection and aerodynamic efficiency.

Design and Materials

• Made from high-impact acrylic, it withstands shocks and weather effects, ensuring durability for motorcycle use.
• The double curvature minimizes wind effect on the helmet, improving rider comfort while riding.

Installation and Fitting

• Attachment to the motorcycle's original mounting points makes screen replacement easy without altering the manufacturer's intended support.
• The absence of required rivets simplifies the installation process.
• With dimensions of 350 x 350 mm, it provides a suitable format for fitting on the specific motorcycle.
• Its 15 mm increased height over the original enhances the coverage area protected by the screen.
• This screen is specific to each motorcycle, limiting compatibility to the intended models.

Safety and Standards

• Its rounded profile of over 2 mm for models since 2004 complies with the German TUV standard.

Usage and Performance

• Wind tunnel tested, it improves aerodynamic efficiency to enhance the motorcycle's airflow.
• Its design increases wind protection by approximately 12.7% compared to an original screen, reducing the rider's exposure to airflow.
