Z-Racing Screen (+ 4 cm) by Puig
The Z-Racing screen is a racing screen designed for the Honda CBR 600 RR. Its increased height and Z-shaped channels divert air to the sides to minimise its impact on the helmet and upper torso. Its 3 mm acrylic construction combines aerodynamic protection, clear visibility, and motorcycle customisation.
Design and Materials
- The high-strength acrylic manufacturing provides a lightweight and durable screen suitable for road use.
- UV protection and clear visibility through the screen enhance riding with an unobstructed view.
- The 2 mm rounded edge enhances the safety of the screen profile.
Usage and Performance
- The Z-shaped channels direct air to the sides to limit direct airflow on the helmet and upper torso.
- The reduced air pressure of 0.9 kg increases aerodynamic protection by 17% and helps reduce riding fatigue.
Installation and Fitting
- Attachment to the motorcycle's original mounting points facilitates installation without modifying the brackets.
- The installation can be completed in 15 minutes with the instructions, minimising motorcycle downtime.
- Periodic checks of the screw tightness help maintain the attachment in place over time.
- This screen is specific to each motorcycle, and its fitting is reserved for compatible models.
Safety and Standards
- Compliance with German TüV approval standards allows for road use as intended for the product.
- The indicated road use directs this screen towards on-road journeys.
Style and Finish
- The black colour customises the motorcycle's appearance according to the desired finish.
- The bold Racing-style lines enhance the sporty visual identity of the CBR 600 RR.
