90MM PISTON RING SET — VERTEX (Manufacturer part number: 590390000001)

Piston ring set for 90 mm diameter pistons, intended for quad, motocross, and roadster engines. This set allows for the replacement of worn or damaged rings to restore proper sealing between the piston and cylinder, limiting smoke and oil consumption due to fatigued rings.

Designed for a simple and effective engine restoration, this set is suitable for common preparations and repairs on 400 cc machines as well as other displacements equipped with a 90 mm piston. Ideal for maintenance after several hours of use or following a piston/cylinder disassembly.

• Usage: replacement of piston rings
• Piston diameter: 90 mm
• Universes: Quad, Cross, Roadster
• Frequent compatibilities: SUZUKI LT-Z 400 (2018), ARCTIC CAT 400 DVX (2008), KAWASAKI KFX 400 (2006)

For a durable result, check the condition of the cylinder (ovalization, scratches) and adhere to the mounting tolerances and the recommended deburring/break-in procedure. Installation by a professional or an experienced DIYer is advised to ensure proper sealing and engine longevity.
