Designed for adventures on the BMW F 850 GS Adventure (2019–2023), this Cutout kit combines a stainless steel luggage rack with a set of Xplorer cases in an aluminium/silver look. The bilateral support is designed to fit the exhaust side with a cut-out side case, without compromising strength or finish.

Kit contents: stainless steel luggage rack, Xplorer 40 L case on one side and cut-out Xplorer 37 L case on the other, key, locking cylinder, and lock adapters.
Materials: high-impact resistant plastic shell combined with anodised aluminium sheets for the cases; weather-resistant stainless steel rack.
Waterproofing: covers equipped with a rubber seal to limit infiltration and protect the contents.
Finish: shot-blasted and electropolished surface for a robust and durable aesthetic.
Installation: mounting hardware and instructions included for model-specific fitting.
