The TRAX ADV side pannier kit made from aluminium is designed for travel and road outings. With a welded wall of 1.5 millimetres and an anodised finish, it offers a robust and abrasion-resistant structure. The product comes as a complete kit with left/right panniers, PRO side carriers, adaptation kits, a lock kit, and a multifunctional keychain for operational assembly.

Design and Materials

• Welded aluminium wall of 1.5 millimetres providing a rigid structure to better protect the contents during intensive use.
• Embossed patterns and welded edges enhancing the rigidity of the shell to maintain its shape even under load.
• Reinforced corners made of fibreglass and stainless steel hinges to minimise wear and increase the longevity of exposed components.
• Anodised finish on the panniers and anodised aluminium handles to improve resistance to abrasion and oxidation.

Practicality and Features

• Fully removable lid with quick locking for easier loading and unloading, even with bulky loads.
• 4 large integrated tie-down points on the lid to securely attach additional equipment such as a tent or accessory pouch.
• Opening limiters to stabilise the lid when using additional luggage and facilitate loading operations.
• Compatible installation on EVO and PRO pannier carriers for quick integration into the existing mounting system.

Usage and Performance

• Bevelled side edges designed to improve ground clearance in corners and reduce the risk of contact while turning.

• PRO side carriers specific to each motorcycle and pannier dimensions tailored to fit the rear geometry and account for the exhaust, facilitating consistent mounting.
