Gear Selector by SW-MOTECH

Adjustable aluminium gear selector designed for the Harley-Davidson Pan America to tailor the lever position to the rider. Precision machining and HART-COAT surface treatment to minimise scratches and maintain the lever's appearance over time.

Design and Materials

• Machined lever made from aluminium for a lightweight component and precise manufacturing, facilitating replacement
• Anodised finish and HART-COAT treatment reducing scratches to preserve the lever's appearance
• CNC machining providing a neat fit between components for a clean installation

Practicality and Features

• Self-retracting spring mechanism that limits the risk of lever breakage in the event of a fall
• Footpeg that can be mounted pivoted 180° to adjust the orientation of the contact point with the shoe
• Note: the lever can only be folded if the motorcycle tips over when the lever is mounted in the standard forward position

Adjustment and Fit

• Two-part lever with continuously adjustable unit to find the optimal gear change position
• Adjustment range between 78-134 mm allowing for distance adjustment between the tip and the axis according to the original setting
