YSS Steering Damper Mounting Kit (Manufacturer's ref: Y-SD-KIT-04-006) — an accessory designed for riders seeking greater stability and control on their roadster. This kit allows for the adjustment of the handlebar damping to limit oscillations and improve road holding during critical phases (sustained acceleration or sharp accelerations).

Precise adjustment: wide adjustment range with 30 clicks for finely tuning the ratio and effectiveness according to speed and load.
High-speed control: design aimed at enhancing stability and reducing the risk of head shake.
Lightweight and refined: sleek design available in red, black, or gold; Racing finish in platinum for a sporty look that complements the roadster aesthetic.

The kit is particularly aimed at roadster riders who desire a more reassuring steering feel without radically altering their motorcycle's behaviour. Compatible notably with YAMAHA SR 400 (RH05) models from 2014 to 2016. For correct and secure installation, it is recommended to follow the manufacturer's procedure or to entrust the installation to a specialised workshop.
