ARLEN NESS - Conversion Kit (manufacturer's ref: 300-200)

This conversion kit transforms FLT Touring models from 2009 onwards into chain drive, designed for road/touring use focused on a sportier ride and high-powered engines. The kit includes specially machined front and rear sprockets for direct installation without machining the internal primary, while maintaining the original gear ratio.

• Included items: compatible front and rear sprockets, CNC machined Cush drive assembly.
• Number of teeth: 27 (front) | 57 (rear).
• Pitch: 530 — requires a 530 chain of 130 links (chain sold separately and to be shortened).
• Construction: sprockets with perforated serrated design, heat-treated and coated for better durability; Cush drive machined from solid aluminium, black anodised finish.
• Colour: anodised / natural.
• Compatibility: works with original Cush Drive rear wheels and is adaptable depending on installation.

Plug-and-play installation is intended to limit mechanical modifications; installation should be entrusted to a workshop equipped and familiar with chain drive transmissions (check chain length and adjustments). Particularly suitable for Harley-Davidson CVO Road Glide and Street Glide models (e.g. FLTRXSTSE, FLTRXSE, FLHXSE listed for reference).
