Belt drive kit designed for classic and touring primaries, in a 1-1/2" (38.1 mm) configuration. This pack includes the necessary components to replace the original drive with an 8 mm belt solution: front pulley, belt, clutch hub, and clutch basket, as well as a set of aramid clutch plates (two half-plates, four full plates, and five steel drive discs).
- Construction: machined components from 6061 T-6 billet aluminium, steel discs, and aramid (Kevlar) linings for durability.
- Clutch System: Silent Clutch for a quieter engagement and a machined pressure plate with nine springs and shoulder bolts for even pressure.
- Bearing and Strength: rear pulley equipped with a 40 mm double-row bearing and a high-strength steel internal clutch hub.
- Compatibility: direct bolt-on applications. Not compatible with offset primaries. (3" kits have specific space requirements and are not suitable for wide footpegs.)
Ideal for vintage and touring Harley-Davidson owners (e.g. FXWG, FXE, FLTC 1983 - 1340 cc) looking for a complete, reliable belt drive made in the USA. Kit sold individually, ready for mechanical installation.
