MEFO Mousse MOM 18-2EX 140/80-18 — Special Enduro Extreme. Manufacturer reference: MOM 18-2EX. Designed by MEFO for demanding riders, this inner foam for 18" rear tires is aimed at MX and enduro practices where shocks, stones, and rough terrains are the norm.
MEFO adapts the section diameter of its foams to the internal volume of the tires and offers specific structures according to the discipline. The MOM 18-2EX follows this approach to provide a compromise between weight, strength, and track performance.
- Type: Tire foam (category: Foams)
- Wheel diameter: 18"
- Position: Rear
- Equivalent pressure: 0.8 – 0.9 bar
- Advantage: Reduced weight compared to a reinforced inner tube
- Objective: Reduces the risk of punctures in MX/enduro use
Ideal for technical courses and obstacles, the MEFO MOM 18-2EX foam helps limit interruptions related to pinch flats and punctures while maintaining a controlled size and weight. Installation and compatibility will depend on the tire and rim model — follow the manufacturer's recommendations for installation.
