MEFO MOM 18-3 Foam (140/80-18 Side Car Cross) — Manufacturer's reference: MOM 18-3. Designed for off-road requirements, this MEFO foam is aimed at MX, enduro, and side-car cross riders who want a lightweight alternative to a reinforced inner tube. Specifically designed for the 140/80-18 size, it adapts to the internal volume of tires to maintain the expected behavior of the rear end.
