Spacer / valve shim designed for precise maintenance of the timing on Cross and Quad machines. Made for demanding mechanics and preparers, this spacer offers a machined finish and clear size identification for quick adjustments during break-in or valve clearance checks.

Material: cold rolled 4140 steel (forged, not sintered)
Identification: size laser-engraved on each shim

Compact and robust, this spacer facilitates valve setting during maintenance or engine preparation operations. Its cold rolled steel design ensures good wear resistance and precise machining, ideal for maintaining consistent valve clearances over time. The laser markings prevent assembly errors on the workbench or during racing.

Examples of common applications: KTM SX-F 450 (2012), KTM SX-F 250 (2012) or KTM XC 450 ATV (2010), as well as other Cross and Quad machines requiring the specified dimensions. Sold individually for private customers; bulk packs of 5 available for retailers.
