Features

Spacer / valve shim MOOSE OFFROAD HARD - PARTS (manufacturer's ref: MSE5PK948275). Replacement shim designed for precise maintenance of valve trains on quads. Machined and robust part, designed for maintenance sessions in the garage or on the track.

Outer diameter: 9.48 mm
Thickness: 2.75 mm
Material: cold-rolled 4140 steel (not sintered)
Size laser-engraved on each shim for quick identification

This spacer (valve shim) facilitates the adjustment of valve clearance and timing without improvisation: standard diameter and thickness to fit into the rocker arms and valve lifters of common 450 quad engines. Forged from cold-rolled steel, it offers good wear resistance and fits in the toolbox of both the preparer and the demanding DIYer.

Suitable for YAMAHA YFZ 450 quads (2012), KAWASAKI KFX 450 R 2x4 (2011) and SUZUKI LT-R 450 2X4 Quadracer (2009), as well as other applications compatible with the specified dimensions. Replenishments sold in batches to retailers; availability by unit for individuals.
