Malossi Roller Set 16x13mm 3.6 g – 6 pieces (Manufacturer Reference: 66 9823.D0)

Kit of 6 Malossi rollers machined from CPT (specific formula) designed as a technical replacement for CVT transmission scooter variators. These rollers play their role in the engine's RPM rise and response: their centrifugal mass directly influences the engagement point of the variator.

Main Features:

• Diameter: 16 mm
• Width: 13 mm
• Unit Weight: 3.6 g
• Number of Rollers: 6 pieces
• Material: CPT with specific formula (MALOSSI)

Usage Tips

To maintain a consistent transmission, replace the rollers with a complete set and check the condition of the variator and belt during installation. By lightening the rollers, the variator tends to allow the engine to run at higher RPMs; by adding weight, the shift RPM decreases. Choose the weight suitable for the desired behavior and the manufacturer's specifications of your scooter.

This MALOSSI set is aimed at riders looking for a reliable tuning part sized for road use on compatible variators.
