Designed by MALOSSI for scooter variators, these rollers measuring 19 x 15.5 mm are made from CPT according to a specific formula. Supplied in a pack of 6, they allow for fine-tuning of the secondary transmission behavior without heavy modifications. Ideal for riders looking to refine the acceleration and responsiveness of their scooter.

Operating Principle

The rollers act by centrifugal force: when rotating, their mass is projected outward, causing the variator to close. Heavier rollers result in an earlier gear ratio increase, while lighter rollers promote a higher engine speed before locking. This set at 9.3 g per roller is suitable for standard to light sport tuning adjustments.
