TECNIUM Roller Set 17x12mm 5g - 6 pieces (Manufacturer reference: 17X12-5G): rollers designed for the continuously variable transmissions of scooters and small displacement motorcycles. This set allows you to replace worn rollers to restore a smooth engine response and balance the transmission drum.
Manufactured by TECNIUM, these rollers feature precise dimensions to fit the corresponding variators without modification:
- Diameter: 17 mm
- Width: 12 mm
- Unit weight: 5 g
- Number of rollers: 6 pieces (complete set)
The rollers influence the behavior of the variator, acceleration, and RPM increase. This 5 g set is suitable for adjustments seeking a balance between acceleration and top speed — always check the weight recommended by your scooter's manufacturer before installation. For optimal maintenance, replace the entire set and clean the variator groove to prevent imbalances or premature wear.
Product suitable for DIY enthusiasts and workshops looking for a reliable and standardized replacement part for the transmission. Check compatibility by dimensions and reference before purchase.
