NARAKU Spacer - Manufacturer Ref. NK800.08
Shimming kit designed to finely adjust the length of the variator sleeve. These spacers (Speed-up shims) allow modification of the transmission behaviour: by lengthening the sleeve, acceleration momentum can be enhanced, while shortening it can favour top speed. Ideal for adjustments on scooters, quads, and urban machines where every millimetre counts.
- Kit contents: 30 control shims (10 x 0.1 mm, 10 x 0.2 mm, 10 x 0.5 mm).
- Usage: progressive adjustment of the variator sleeve/casing length.
- Compatibility: intended for standard variators; when using racing variators, measure the outer diameter of the variator sleeve. It should be 18 mm.
- Unit: kit.
Practical for riders looking to fine-tune their transmission ratios without altering the rollers, this kit offers precise adjustment increments for successive testing. Before installation, measure the length of the casing and check the diameter of the sleeve to ensure a safe and effective fit.
