The Puig R-Racer screen is a fairing screen designed for sports motorcycles, made from high-strength acrylic. Its enhanced geometry and rounded profile improve airflow to reduce turbulence on the helmet and shoulders, while providing a lightweight and durable component manufactured in Barcelona.

Design and Materials

• 3 mm high-strength acrylic offering good impact resistance and a controlled weight to avoid adding extra load to the front of the motorcycle
• Rounded profile finish exceeding 2 mm in compliance with TÜV requirements to limit sharp edges and enhance aesthetics
• UV-resistant treatment to maintain the clarity of the screen against sun exposure
• Manufactured in Barcelona with quality control through artificial vision to ensure the product arrives in good condition

Practicality and Features

• Height increased by 70 mm compared to the original to better deflect airflow and reduce jolts felt at the helmet and shoulders
• Assembly requiring no additional parts for direct installation on the fairing
