The Puig Racing Screen is designed for the original fairing, made from 3 mm acrylic. Its double curvature and rounded profile reduce wind impact on the helmet, providing enhanced stability and comfort at high speeds. Available in Z-Racing and R-Racer versions depending on the model, and treated with anti-UV protection to maintain clarity over time.

Design and Materials

• 3 mm impact-resistant acrylic offering a durable and easy-to-maintain component
• Double curvature and rounded profile reducing air impact on the helmet to limit fatigue during riding
• Anti-UV treatment protecting the screen against aging to maintain visibility

Usage and Performance

• Z-Racing model tested in a wind tunnel with a 12.7% improvement in airflow in the upright position and a 61% improvement in race position for measured aerodynamics
• R-Racer model developed in collaboration with SBK and Endurance teams for a balance between protection and aerodynamics in sporty riding

Practicality and Features

• Dimensions 373 x 340 mm allowing for checking the fit for mounting on the original fairing
• 40 mm taller than the original for increased frontal coverage according to the manufacturer's reference

• General circulation license ABE KBA 38182 VS3 and DOT 1312 provided for this screen
