JOINING THE MY ROAD LOYALTY PROGRAM
All customers can join the My Road loyalty program by adding "My Road" to the basket from the :My Roadpage, from your customer account or directly in the shopping cart.


CONDITIONS OF USE
Each Motoblouz customer may, if they wish, subscribe to the My Road loyalty program in the form of a virtual loyalty card. This card is sold at a single price of €15 (incl. VAT) for one year (365 days from date of payment).

PRICE
Membership of the loyalty program costs €15 (incl. VAT). Membership must be paid for using one of the payment methods available on the site or in stores, or at the time of ordering.

BEGINNING OF BENEFITS
The benefits of the loyalty program begin as soon as the My Road loyalty program is added to your shopping basket, or as soon as you check out.

DURATION OF VALIDITY AND RENEWAL
From the date of payment, you can enjoy your benefits for 1 full year (365 days). You can find this information in your customer account. Once the year has elapsed, if you wish to continue enjoying the benefits of the My Road loyalty program, you will need to renew your membership for a further 12 months by paying a new fee.


OFFERS & BENEFITS

-20% for 24 hours

Activate your exclusive day whenever you like, and benefit from -20% off the entire site and/or store for 24 hours. Exception: this offer cannot be triggered if the following mention appears on our communications (banners, emails...): "Operation incompatible with the 20% my Road day discount"
To trigger your offer, go to your basket or checkout.
The offer is not valid on the following categories of products or services: high tech, tires, gift cards, loyalty program, workshop services, used vehicles. The offer cannot be combined with current promotional codes or with operations indicated as "Operation incompatible with the 20% my Road day discount".

20€ discount for a 60€ purchase on your birthday (instead of 10€)

On your birthday (date indicated in your customer account) you will receive a -20€ discount, valid for a 60€ purchase and for 3 months on the entire site or store.
The offer can be combined with current promotions.
Please note that the voucher is credited 7 days before your birthday for any program purchased at least 10 days before your birthday. If you change your birthday in your customer account, only one code will be sent per 365-day period.

-5% on our brands

Take advantage all year round of a -5% discount on the following brands: DXR, Dexter, Kooroom, O4B and Prov'.
The discount is applied directly to your shopping cart (or checkout) if you are logged in.
Discount can be combined with current offers.

During Sales and Black Friday: -5% on national brands (excluding Super Deals) and -10% on our brands

The discount is applied automatically to your basket (or at checkout) if you are logged in.
The -5% discount applies only to products on sale and the "Black Friday" selection. The -10% discount applies to all products from selected brands (see list below).
It does not apply to the following categories and services: Super Deals, high tech, tires, gift cards, loyalty program, workshop services and used vehicles. The discount is cumulative with current offers.

ABUSE AND SUSPENSION OF SERVICE
Offers and benefits under the My Road loyalty program are personal and non-transferable. They are attached to a Motoblouz customer and offers and services are reserved exclusively for members. In the event of misuse, Motoblouz reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend their validity, in which case no reimbursement will be made.

Suspension of offers, services or the My Road loyalty program by Motoblouz:
Should Motoblouz cancel an offer, a service or the My Road loyalty program, your offers and services will remain valid for the current year (until your My Road loyalty account expires).
