MOOSE OFFROAD HARD - PARTS — Clutch cable (manufacturer reference 45-2059) designed for the Quad universe. This black cable, with a braided style, features a construction tailored for off-road demands: an outer sheath made of flexible PVC/vinyl for good flexibility, an inner core made of tightly wound steel to limit compression, and a pre-lubricated nylon inner sleeve for smooth movement at the lever.
The ends of the wires are formed in a birdcage shape before the terminals are cast to improve tear resistance. The rubber parts are moulded from EPDM, a material known for its UV resistance, while the injected components are made from high-strength POM, providing durability and dimensional stability.
