CK Series clutch kit designed for off-road and quad use, this set of friction discs combines the features sought by demanding riders. The plates are made of cork impregnated with aluminium particles, a material choice that provides durability and better heat resistance without promising unverified gains. The heavily compressed construction limits swelling and sticking, for a more predictable clutch engagement on long rides.

Contents: complete set of friction discs (clutch plates)

Usage: suitable for quads and enduro bikes; compatible with several older DT 400 (YAMAHA DT 400 MX 1977–1979 according to references)

Installation and maintenance: follow the manufacturer's manual recommendations for oil type and torque settings. Proper installation and bedding in prevent overheating and premature slipping. This kit includes only the friction discs — check if your springs or metal plates need to be replaced in parallel for a perfectly adjusted clutch.
