WÖSSNER Forged Piston – Ref. 8781DA

Forged piston designed for 2-stroke and 4-stroke cross-oriented engines. Manufactured in Germany by Wössner, this aluminum piston features a forged design that enhances mechanical strength compared to cast parts, while offering machining precision suitable for demanding off-road applications.

Piston diameter: Ø 76.96 mm
Recommended bore diameter: 77.00 mm (oversize letter: A)
Material: Forged aluminum
Number of rings: 2
Finish: friction-treated skirt
Supplied with: rings, circlips, and pin

Designed for the stresses of motocross riding, this piston is suitable for both performance builds and standard replacements where bore precision and durability are sought. The treated skirt minimizes friction during hot phases, and the assemblies are provided for complete installation.

Frequent compatibilities: particularly suitable for SUZUKI RM‑Z 250 (2024, 2025, 2026) — however, please check the bore and engine tolerances of your machine before installation.
