RFX Pro Series HCS Sprocket - 49 Teeth (520) — Manufacturer Ref: FXRS 40-49 99ST

Designed for demanding riders seeking a balance of durability and price, this RFX Pro Series sprocket made from high carbon steel offers strength and wear resistance. Its CNC laser cut and CAD-optimized profile allow for tight tolerances and a lightweight design despite the steel, ensuring reliable transmission on muddy trails or paved roads.

Material: HCS Steel (high carbon steel) — silver finish

CNC laser cut for increased precision
CAD-optimized lightweight profile and rigid design for better torsional resistance
Mud evacuation grooves to reduce abrasion and extend lifespan

Installation: follow the manufacturer's manual and tighten the fasteners to the recommended torque. Before installation, clean the hub and apply thread paste or blue Loctite on the bolts if recommended. Check the alignment and tension of the chain after reassembly.
